Tangerine Designs is a full-service interior design studio on the Sunshine Coast. From initial concepts, through to completion, we can manage the entire project working directly with architects, trades, and suppliers to take the stress and complication out of creating your dream space.

We work organically with our clients and scale the scope of works depending on what our individual clients’ needs are.

  • We begin the journey with an initial consultation to discuss your project in detail. The goal of this meeting is to become familiar with each other, understand your specific needs, learn your preferences, discuss a budget, and to find what timeline is realistic for your project. This very important step is an opportunity for me to understand your style and vision for the space and for you to ask any questions.

    Insights gathered during this phase will allow me to create a comprehensive list of project

    needs that will serve as the foundation for the design fee proposal and ensure that we are

    aligned on scope and expectations. After our initial consultation and the design fee proposal

    has been accepted, we move onto step two.

  • Now it’s time for the fun part, the design concept! Using insights gathered from our initial consult, I will craft a mood board and colour scheme that reflects your personality and goals for the space.

    I will present this concept to you, during which you will provide feedback. This is your space after all, and it is vital that you are on board and satisfied with the design direction.

    Any revisions will be addressed to ensure the final concept aligns with your vision for the space.

  • Once a design concept is approved, I will create detailed drawings and choose materials, fixtures, furniture, and decor that bring the concept to life.

    This partnership allows input when considering final adjustments to the design which will ensure it is exactly what you’ve envisioned. The conclusion of this stage indicates the designs readiness for implementation; Time to make this dream a reality!


  • Time for transformation! I will manage the implementation process through on site work with contractors, builders, and other tradespeople. I will oversee the construction and renovation work, as well as order and coordinate the delivery of materials and furnishings.

    My goal is to ensure that the finished space exceeds your expectations.

From installation of furnishings to final touches, I will be there every step of the way.

Once finished, we will schedule a walk-through and make sure everything is just right.
